How we build

On the device
Files, photos, documents and audio are processed on your phone. There is no server of ours for them to travel to.
The fewest permissions
Several of our apps request none at all. Where Android offers a picker instead of a permission, we take the picker.
No account, ever
Nothing to sign up for and no profile to abandon. Open the app and it already works.
One job each
An app that does one thing stays small, starts fast and is easy to trust. We would rather ship a second app than a settings screen.
